Please note that Pysgoty menus change on a daily basis and are dictated by the seas and the seasons. Vegetarian and meat options available whenever possible.
Allergies. We advise customers with severe shellfish allergies not to dine with us at Pysgoty. Chef Pawel is happy to discuss any allergy or specific dietary requirements with all customers and adapt his menu when possible to suit your needs.
Sustainability. We try to reduce waste from our daily activities. it is our aim to work alongside local business to support our local economy and cut down on food miles. All our disposed oil from the kitchen is converted into bio-fuel. We minimise food waste by re-using and planning menus to avoid waste. Fish frames once preparation is complete are returned to our day-boat fishermen for use as bait in order that no wastage comes from our produce. All packaging are handed back to our suppliers to reduce their costs and encourage recycling. We value the wonderful view from our office and our staff attend regular litter picks along the Ceredigion coast.
Private Hire of Pysgoty. We believe Pysgoty makes the perfect venue for a group gathering or celebration. We do not charge a venue hire and are totally flexible on menus. Please contact us on email@example.com to discuss your needs.
